A Time Block is the most cost-effective way to engage us.   Simply purchase a Time Block; 10 hours of business support servicesin advance to be used whenever you need it.

Your time will remain available to you for 2 months from date of payment.  

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and has extensive local knowledge together with access to our global network of connections to resource the best solution to your request.

Requests may include errand running or an off-site visit, whatever it takes to thoroughly complete your request.

Fees do not include invoices from third-party providers or reasonably incurred expenses paid by us in the completion of your request (for example parking or tolls)

Your ‘Time Block‘ works the same as our One-0ff Requests service.

Ground Rules

Here are the important guidelines to keep in mind:

  • Submit your request via email or telephone.
  • We can handle detailed and complex projects or tasks, with almost no limits.
  • Your request may involve an errands service or on-site visits to ensure proper completion.
  • You are billed for the actual time spent on your request, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes (detailed time reports are maintained for all requests).

Your Hourly service does not include:

  • Invoices from third-party providers or necessary expenses, like booking fees, may be required to fulfil your request.
  • Utilising our services on an ongoing basis as a full-time assistant (8 hours per day) without prior arrangement is not permitted.
  • Reselling of requests is not allowed.
  • Unusual or irregular patterns that deviate from typical requests will be monitored, and service may be suspended or canceled.
  • Our availability is Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm EST. Special arrangements can be made for service outside these hours, as we also need personal time for our own lives.
